We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Same-day bookings may be available depending on our schedule.

Yes! You can reschedule or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Contact us by phone or email to make changes.

We monitor weather closely. If rain is expected, we'll contact you to reschedule at no extra charge. Exterior services require dry conditions, but interior-only services can proceed in light rain with covered parking.

Pricing is based on three factors: the service package you choose, your vehicle size (sedan, SUV, truck, etc.), and any add-on services. Larger vehicles have a size multiplier because they require more time and materials.

No hidden fees. The price you see during booking is the price you pay. The only additional cost may be a travel fee if you're located more than 10 miles from our base (clearly shown before you confirm).

After-hours appointments (after sunset) are available at 2x the regular rate. This premium covers additional lighting equipment and setup. After-hours availability is shown during booking.

Yes! We offer membership tiers (Essential, Premium, Elite, and Family) with discounts on regular detailing, priority booking, and exclusive perks. Visit our website or call for details.

Our Essential Wash includes hand wash, wheels, tires, windows, and hand dry. Interior Detail adds deep vacuum, extraction, leather care, and dashboard restoration. Full Detail combines both plus clay bar, wax, engine bay, and headlight restoration.

Essential Wash takes about 45-60 minutes, Interior Detail takes 2-3 hours, and Full Detail takes 4-5 hours. Times vary slightly based on vehicle size and condition.

Not necessarily. Many clients leave us access to their vehicle while they're at work or running errands. We'll send you progress updates and before/after photos.

We use professional-grade, pH-neutral car care products that are safe for all paint types and finishes. Our products are biodegradable and eco-friendly. We never use automatic brushes — everything is done by hand.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) through our secure payment system powered by Square.

Payment is collected at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. This ensures your time slot is reserved and our team is scheduled for your service.

Tips are never expected but always appreciated! You can add a tip during the booking process or hand it directly to your detailer.

We serve 15 neighborhoods across the LA metro including Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Malibu, Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, Hollywood, West Hollywood, Culver City, Venice, Marina del Rey, Brentwood, Westwood, and Century City.

No travel fee when the drive is 20 minutes or less. Past that, $0.75 per extra minute of drive time (with traffic at your booked time) plus $0.76 per mile beyond 10 miles — $15 minimum, $95 maximum. Drive time is measured from our base (LAX area) with traffic at your booked time, so the same address can cost less outside rush hour. Orders of $300+ travel free up to 20 miles, members travel free up to 20 miles, and addresses 30+ miles away need at least $150 of service. We do not service locations beyond 40 miles.

We bring our own water supply and equipment. However, access to a water source is helpful for larger jobs and helps us maintain our eco-friendly water usage. We'll ask about this during booking.
